猪瘟病毒云南毒株E2基因片段序列测定及分析

摘    要:用RT-nPCR方法,选择猪瘟病毒2000年云南部分地方流行毒株E2基因主要保护性抗原决定簇编码区片段进行扩增和cDNA序列分析,并与中国标准强毒石门株进行比较。结果显示,云南地方毒株之间核苷酸及氨基酸序列同源性均大于90%;但与中国标准强毒石门株差异较大,其核苷酸及氨基酸同源性均小于80%。

Abstract:Using RT_nPCR method,the main epitope of E2 gene of some classical swine fever virus(CSFV) Yunnan strain was amplified,sequenced,and then compared with Shimen strain.The results showed that the nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequence homology of three Yunnan strains were higher than 90%,but there was apparentey different homology of nucleotide and amino acid sequence between Yunnan strains and Shimen strains,and the nucleotide sequence homology and the amino acid sequence homology were all lower than 80%.
