摘    要:玉米须多糖是玉米须中的主要活性成分之一。本文就玉米须多糖的提取、化学组成及药理作用等方面进行了综述,为玉米须多糖的开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:The polysaccharide of Stigma Maydis was a kind of the main functional components of the Stigma Maydis. The research progress of extraction, chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of the polysaccharide of Stigma Maydis were reviewed in this paper,which was written in order to offer some information for its further study and exploitation afterward.
