| Abstract: | This thesis states a processing line for salt crisp peanut. Its processing technology is improved on traditional technology, and its corollary equipment comes mainly from Guangxi Institute of Agricultural Machinery. Salt crisp peanut produced by the llne is nutritious, good-looking, fragrant, savory, healthy, and is fit for long-period storage and long-distance transport. |
