| 摘 要： | 目的]利用水杨酸和真菌诱导子协同作用,研究其对黄芪细胞培养物生理生化指标的影响,为药用植物作为生物反应器生产有用的次生代谢产物提供理论基础和技术体系。方法]以黄芪组织培养物为材料,测定黄芪愈伤组织中POD、PAL、CAT的生物活性。结果]黄芪愈伤组织中过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶及过氧化氢酶活性高于对照;H2O2和NO含量也明显高于对照。结论]水杨酸和真菌诱导子的共同作用提高了黄芪愈伤组织的抗性,有利于黄芪愈伤组织生长,如在生产中加入诱导子,可创造更大的商业价值。
