| 摘 要： | 通过杀虫植物的筛选测定发现，马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea)、北乌头(Aconitum kusnezoffii)、大籽蒿(Artemisia sieversiana)3种植物的丙酮提取液对禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)、绣线菊蚜(Aphis pomi)和菜缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae)具有较高的生物活性。以不同溶液进行提取，马齿苋的水浸液和丙酮浸液活性较高，北乌头的丙酮浸液活性最高。与化学农药混用，3种植物提取液对吡虫啉和氧化乐果均表现明显增效。而与抗蚜威混用则无明显的增效作用。

| Abstract: | s: The screening tests of botanical insecticides showed that 3 plant extracts of Portulaca oleracea, Aconitum kusnezoffii and Artemisia sieversiana were promisingly toxic against 3 kinds of aphids, Rhopalosiphum padi, Aphis pomi and Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae. Among the extracts with different solvents, extracts of P. oleracea with water and acetone showed higher toxicity than that with ether, and extracts of A. kusnezoffii with acetone were more effective than that with water and ether. To mix the plant extracts with some chemical insecticides, significant synergism were found in the mixtures of 3 plant extracts with omethoats and imidacroprid but no synergism in the mixtures with pirimicarb. |
