摘    要:目的]在GB/T 5750.8.17—2006基础上,进一步优化生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的检测方法。方法]采用有机溶剂萃取生活饮用水中的环氧氯丙烷,而后浓缩所得的萃取液。采用具有氢火焰离子检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪进行检测,确定检测条件后绘制标准曲线,建立环氧氯丙烷检测线性方程。结果]该检测方法灵敏度、准确度及线性优于国家标准方法中填充柱检测法,能满足基层实验室对环氧氯丙烷的测定要求。结论]建立了液液萃取一毛细管气相色谱氢火焰离子测定生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的检测方法。

Determination of Epichlorohydrin in Drinking Water by Gas Chromatography
Abstract:Objective] Based on GB/T5750.8.17 -2006,detection method for epichlorohydrin in drinking water was further optimized. Method] The epichlorohydrin in drinking water was extracted by organic solvent and then concentrated.Concentrated solution was detected by gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ion detector ( FID) .Drawing standard curve after test conditions were determined, the linear equa-tion of epichlorohydrin was established.Result] The results showed that the sensitivity, accuracy and linearity of test method is superior to the national standard method.The method can satisfy the basic laboratory requirements for the determination of epoxy epichlorohydrin.Con-clusion] The method for determination of epichlorohydrin in drinking water by liquid liquid extraction capillary gas chromatography was estab-lished.
