| 摘 要： | 针对生鲜农产品电商供应链的特点及存在的问题,在总结已有研究文献和专家访谈的基础上,对生鲜农产品电商供应链的重要风险进行识别,运用层次分析法进行风险评估,结果表明:企业可控风险影响最大,需要引起更多注意,资金流风险、信息流风险、物流风险也需要重点防范。根据研究结果提出风险控制措施和解决办法,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics and existing problems in e-commerce supply chain of fresh agricultural products, the important risk of e-commerce supply chain was identified based on the literatures and expert interviews.Risk evaluation was carried out by analytic hierarchy process.Results showed that enterprise controllable risk was the greatest, which needed more attention.Moreover, cash flow risk, information flow risk and logistics risk should all be controlled.Risk control measures and solutions were put forward, aiming at providing references for rele-vant researches. |
