椰丝生态复合片材制备及应用性能研究

摘    要:目的]椰丝生态复合片材用于土壤水分状况改善的可行性探究。方法]通过研究椰丝材料抗拉强度和伸长率,以及复合片材的密度、厚度回弹率、吸水厚度膨胀率等指标来评价椰丝生态复合片材的性能。同时对椰丝生态复合片材的保水性能、透水性能和吸水性能等进行评价并得出较优工艺参数。结果]椰丝材料本身具有良好的拉伸强度与韧性,在低施胶量条件下生态复合片材具有明显的厚度回弹现象,施胶量与目标密度越低厚度回弹现象越明显;浸水24 h后试件在厚度方向上均出现不同程度的膨胀,吸水厚度膨胀率与目标密度、施胶量成正比关系,试件的保水性能与目标密度成正比关系,透水性能、吸水性能与施胶量、目标密度成反比关系。结论]椰丝生态复合片材最优生产工艺条件为施胶量2%、目标密度0.3 g/cm~3,此时椰丝生态复合片材蓄水保墒效果最显著。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the feasibility of coconut ecological composite sheet in soil moisture conditions improvement. Method] To e-valuate the material characteristics of ecological composite sheet,tensile strength and elongation of coconut, density, the thickness resilience ratio and the thickness swelling rate of ecological-mat was selected to investigate.Performance of coconut ecological composite sheet induding was evaluated and the optimal manufacturing parameters were obtained the water holding capacity, the water permeability and the water absorp-tion. Result] Coconut has a great tensile strength and toughness.An obviously thickness resilience was observed in the condition of low resin content on ecological composite sheet and it became more intense with the decline of resin content and the target density.The results also re-vealed that specimen had different levels of inflation in thickness direction after soaking for 24h.Meanwhile, thickness swelling rate and the water holding capacity had a positive relation with resin content and the target density, while the water permeability and the water absorption had a negative relation with resin content and the target density. Conclusion] The optimal water-stored ability of ecological composite sheet is obtained under the condition of 2% resin content and the target density 0.3 g/cm3 .
