摘    要:综述了CRISPR/Cas9系统的结构、定点突变原理、载体构建类型及介导突变的可遗传性,着重分析了影响突变效率的因素,介绍该系统目前在水稻上的研究,并展望其应用前景。

Abstract:The structure of CRISPR/Cas9 system, the principle of fixed-point mutation, the type of building vectors and the heritability of mu-tation were reviewed.The factors that influence efficiency of mutations were emphatically analyzed, the current existing research on rice was introduced, and its application in the future was forecasted.
