| Abstract: | The structure of CRISPR/Cas9 system, the principle of fixed-point mutation, the type of building vectors and the heritability of mu-tation were reviewed.The factors that influence efficiency of mutations were emphatically analyzed, the current existing research on rice was introduced, and its application in the future was forecasted. |
