摘    要:目的]探讨水提五倍子对鳙鱼肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性及肠道发育的影响。方法]在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照组)、0.50%(试验组Ⅰ)、1.00%(试验组Ⅱ)、2.00%(试验组Ⅲ)的水提五倍子,研究不同浓度的水提五倍子对鳙鱼肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性及肠道绒毛与隐窝深度比值(V/C)的影响。结果]15 d,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ胰蛋白酶活性较对照组均有所降低,但差异不显著(P0.05);30 d,各试验组胰蛋白酶活性均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P0.05);45 d,各试验组胰蛋白酶活性均有所升高,但差异不显著(P0.05)。15 d,试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ脂肪酶活性与对照组、试验组Ⅰ差异显著(P0.05);30 d,试验组Ⅱ脂肪酶活性较15 d提高了11.11%,试验组Ⅲ脂肪酶活性较对照组提高了16.04%;45 d,各试验组脂肪酶活性均有所上升,试验组Ⅱ脂肪酶活性最高。15 d,各试验组淀粉酶活性均高于对照组,其中试验组Ⅱ淀粉酶活性最高;30 d和45 d各试验组淀粉酶活性与对照组差异不显著(P0.05)。45 d,试验组Ⅱ前肠绒毛高度、后肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值均高于其他3组,但差异不显著(P0.05)。结论]在基础饲料中添加水提五倍子,可以促进鳙鱼胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶的分泌,改善肠道黏膜结构,其最适添加量为1.00%。

Effects of Gallnut Extracted by Water on the Digestion Function of Aristichthys nobilis
Abstract:Objective] To discuss the effects of gallnut extracted by water on the activities of trypsin, lipase, amylase in the intestine of A.no-bilis and its intestinal development.Method] 0, 0.50%, 1.00%, 2.00% gallnut extracted by water were added in the basal diets in control group, experiment groupⅠ, experiment groupⅡand experiment groupⅢ.The effects of different concentrations of gallnut extracted by water on the activities of trypsin, lipase, amylase in the intestine of A.nobilis and the ratio of intestinal villus to crypt depth(V/C) were studied.Re-sult] On the 15th day, trypsin activity in experimental groupⅠ, experiment groupⅡand experiment group Ⅲ were lower than that in control group, but there was no significant difference (P >0.05).On the 30th day, trypsin activity in experimental groups were all higher than that in that in control group, but there was no significant1difference (P>0.05).On the 45th day, trypsin activity in experimental groups all increased without significant difference (P>0.05).On the 15th day, lipase activity in experiment groupⅡand experiment groupⅢhad significant differ-ence with that in control group and experiment groupⅠ(P<0.05).On the 30th day, lipase activity in experiment groupⅡincreased by 11.11%than that on the 15th day, and lipase activity in experiment groupⅢincreased by 16.04%than that in control group.On the 45th day, lipase ac-tivity in experimental groups increased, and lipase activity in experiment groupⅡwas the highest.On the 15th day, amylase activity in experi-mental groups were higher than that in control group, and amylase activity in experimental groupⅡwas the highest.On the 30th and 40th day, am-ylase activity in experimental groups had no significant difference with that in control group (P>0.05).On the 45th day, villous height of fore-guts, villous height of hindguts, the ratio of intestinal villous height to crypt depth (V/C) in experimental groupⅡwere higher than those in other three groups, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion] Adding gallnut extracted by water in the basal diet can promote the secretion of trypsin, lipase, amylase in the intestine of A.nobilis and improve the mucosal structure of intestinal tracts, and its optimum addi-tion amount was 1.00%.
