摘    要:根据耕整机的特点,对小滑板及平衡盘进行改进,应用泥水膜润滑原理减少其滑行阻力,可提高机组的生产率、降低油耗、减少滑板磨损.根据实验室土槽试验,平衡盘的滑行阻力下降44.5%左右,在水田里新旧机子对比试验表明油耗下降11.6%,小滑板磨损值减小3.3倍.

Abstract:On the basis of the characteristic of tillage machine, the improvement of the small slipping board andthe balance plate was carried out. By using the principle of the slurryfilms lubrication to reduce slipping resistance, the producing efficiency of machine was raised, the consumption of oil was decreased and the wastage of small slipping board was reduced. According to the tests made in the soil trough, the resistance was reduced by about 44. 5 %. The contrast tests of new machine with the old machine showed that the consumption of oil was decreased by 11. 6% and the wastage of small slipping board reduced by 3. 3 times.
