翘嘴红鲌水花及鱼种饲料的设计与苗种培育

摘    要:参照国内现有翘嘴红鲌营养需求及饲料原料消化率的研究成果,设计了翘嘴红鲌水花、夏花鱼种配合饲料的主要营养素指标;应用配方软件优化,得出了水花、夏花鱼种的配合饲料配方并用于试产。产品经检测,主要营养素指标为:水花饲料粗蛋白44.3%,粗脂肪8.4%,粗纤维4.6%,总磷1.43%,赖氨酸2.55%,蛋氨酸0.71%,苏氨酸1.67%;夏花饲料粗蛋白40.8%,粗脂肪6.7%,粗纤维6.6%,总磷1.21%,赖氨酸2.42%,蛋氨酸0.62%,苏氨酸1.52%。苗种培育试验证明:用自行研制的水花饲料培育成夏花的成活率平均为83.0%;鱼种饲料培育成冬片鱼种,成活率平均为93.45%,出塘规格平均全长为14.2 cm,体重15.4 g,饵料系数平均为1.21,显著好于从市场购进的水花、鱼种饲料。

Abstract:Based on the research results of the nutritional needs and digestibility of feed raw materials of Erythroculter ilishaeformis in recent years in China,this study designed the main nutrient indexes of combined feeds for the fry and fingerling of Erythroculter ilishaeformis,obtained the best recipe of combined feeds for the fry and fingerling through optimization by recipe software,and the combined feeds were trial-produced.Through testing,the optimized combined feed for fry contained 44.3% crude protein,8.4% crude fat,4.6% crude fiber,1.43% total phosphorus,2.55% lysine,0.71% methionine,1.67% threonine;that for fingerling contained 40.8% crude protein,6.7% crude fat,6.6% crude fiber,1.21% total phosphorus,2.42% lysine,0.62% methionine,1.52% threonine.The experimental results of rearing fry and fingerling proved that after fries were reared into fingerlings by self-developed combined feed,their average survival rate was 83.0%;after summer fingerlings were reared into winter fingerlings by self-developed combined feed,their average survival rate was 93.45%,average total length was 14.2 cm,body weight reached 15.4 g,and the average of bait modulusan was 1.21.The rearing effects of self-developed combined feeds for the fry and fingerling of Erythroculter ilishaeformis were significantly better than the feeds from the markets.
