烤烟房温湿度专家控制系统的设计和研究

摘    要:烤烟房温湿度是烟叶烘烤工艺中十分重要的控制参数,对保证烤烟品质具有重要意义。通过对烟叶烘烤过程中的温湿度控制过程的分析,研究了烤烟房温湿度专家控制的算法,对控制变量选取、知识库建设和控制规则进行了分析。设计了以单片机C8051F020为核心器件,以DS18B20温湿度传感器为检测元件,以液晶显示模块作为人机界面的烤烟房温湿度专家控制系统。该系统对烤烟房自动控制技术具有一定的应用价值。

Design and Study of Expert Constrol System for the Temperature and Humidity in Tobacco Curing Room

Abstract:Temperature and humidity in tobacco curing room are very important control parameters in the process of cured tobacco,and they are important to ensure the quality of flue-cured tobacco.Through the analysis of temperature and humidity control in the process of curing tobacco,the study studied the expert control algorithm about temperature and humidity in the flue-cured tobacco house,and then analyzed the control variable selection,knowledge base construction and control rules.The expert tobacco room temperature and humidity control system was designed with C8051F020 MCU as the core device,DS18B20 temperature and humidity sensor as the detection components,and the liquid crystal display module as the human-computer interface.The automatic control system for flue-cured tobacco room technology has a certain application value.
