| 摘 要： | 目的]研究蕨麻不同极性溶剂提取物的抑菌和体外抑制癌细胞的活性。方法]采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、乙醇和水4种不同极性的溶剂依次提取蕨麻块根,获得对应的4种提取物,用牛津杯双层平板法研究其对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌4种细菌的抑菌活性,并使用结晶紫染色法观察其对人肝癌细胞HepG2体外增殖的抑制活性。结果]蕨麻乙醇提取物的抑菌活性最明显,并具明显的癌细胞体外增殖抑制活性,其IC50值为375μg/ml。结论]蕨麻中存在抑菌和抑制癌细胞的活性成分,其中乙醇提取物活性最明显。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the bacteriostasis in vitro and anticancer activity of Potentilla anserine L.extracts in different polar solvents.Method] The four different solvents(petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,ethanol and water) were used to extract Potentilla anserine root tuber in turn,so as to obtain corresponding extracts.Antibacterial activities of the four extracts were observed to four kinds of bacteria(Escherichia coli,Salmonella sp.,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis) by using oxford cup double-plate method.Besides,the inhibitory effects of the extracts on hepatocarcinoma-HepG2 were studied in vitro by crystal violet staining.Result] Among the four extracts,ethanol had the strongest antibacterial activity and the most obvious anti-cancer cell activity in vitro;and the IC50 was 375 μg/ml.Conclusion] There were lots of antibacterial and anti-cancer compounds in P.anserine.The bioactivity of ethanol extracts was the most remarkable among the four different solvents. |
