| 摘 要： | 对泸州当前烟农队伍现状进行了分析,并对烟农队伍流失的原因进行了研究,在此基础上提出了针对性的措施,即加大政策调控力度、实施烟农分类管理、建立职业烟农队伍、推广烟叶机械作业、建立烟农培训制定、完善风险保障机制。

| Abstract: | Present situation of tobacco farmers and the causes to the loss of tobacco farmers were analyzed,based on which some corresponding suggestions were presented,for examples,to improve the strength of government regulation,carry out the classified management of tobacco farmers,build a professional team of tobacco farmers,promote the mechanized tobacco production,provide training to the farmers and improve the risk control system. |
