摘    要:从现行农信系统职业经理人激励中存在的问题入手,结合职业经理人自身的特点,对自助式整体薪酬在职业经理人激励中的特点和优点进行了研究,在此基础上,对自助式整体薪酬的具体实施和应注意的问题进行了简要分析。

Application of Cafeteria Total Rewards in the Incentive of Professional Managers in Rural Financial System

Abstract:According to the problems in the incentive of professional managers in rural financial system as well as the characteristics of the professional managers themselves,the characteristics and advantages of cafeteria total rewards in the incentive of professional managers were studied,based on which the practical implementation and issues we should pay attention to of the cafeteria total rewards were brifely analyzed.
