摘    要:目的]为了实现锦鸡儿优良无性系的持续利用。方法]用ABT1植物生长调节剂处理狭叶锦鸡儿、荒漠锦鸡儿和垫状锦鸡儿的嫩枝、硬枝和根插穗,在沙质基质上进行扦插繁殖试验。结果]生长调节剂处理能有效提高沙质基质上荒漠锦鸡儿插穗成活率,且嫩枝成活率大于硬枝和根;锦鸡儿属植物多为旱生树种,在沙质基质上扦插繁殖,宜5 d浇一次水,湿度过大易造成穗皮霉烂。狭叶锦鸡儿和垫状锦鸡儿的插穗均没有成活。结论]荒漠草原锦鸡儿扦插繁殖是可行的。

Cuttage of Three Species of Caragana

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to achieve the sustainable use of Caragana superior clones.Method] The plant growth regulator ABT1 was used in the test of cutting propagation of three species of Caragana.Result] The growth regulator could effectively improve the cuttings survival rates of Caragana roborovskyii,and the survival rate of burgeon was higher more than those of hard branches and roots.Most of Caragana species was xerophytic.Watering the cuttings every 5 days was suitable in sandy matrix,and cuttings husk was apt to dacay under the condition of high humidity.Both of Caragana stenophylla and Caragana tibetica didn’t survive.Conclusion] Cuttage of Caragana can be achieved in the desert grassland.
