| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨高原八眉猪种质资源现状与繁育体系建设。方法]在调查青海省互助八眉猪的数量和分布、体型外貌和体尺指标基础上,测定了高原八眉猪及其杂种猪的肥育性能,并探讨了高原八眉猪繁育体系的建设。结果]青海省共有八眉猪470余头(公猪34头),二元杂种母猪2 700余头;经过近30年的保种选育,八眉猪的体尺指标显著提高(P0.05);肥育期长×(约×八)、约×(长×八)平均日增重极显著高于八眉猪(P0.01),而(约×八)和(长×八)显著高于八眉猪(P0.05);对互助八眉猪保种场现有的155头八眉猪,将基础群公、母比例确定为1∶10,其中核心群、繁殖群和生产群的比例为1∶3∶6。最后,建立了高原八眉猪的二元和三元杂交繁育体系。结论]该研究为建立高原八眉猪的合理纯种繁育和杂交利用模式奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to discuss the germplasm resource status and breeding system construction of Plateau Bamei Pig.Method]Based on investigating the number and distribution,body conformation and body size indices of Huzhu Bamei Pig in Qinghai Province,the fattening performance of Plateau Bamei Pig and its hybrids were determined.And the breeding system construction of Plateau Bamei Pig was discussed.Result]There were about 470 Bamei Pigs and 2700 binary hybrid sows in Qinghai Province.After the protection and selection for near 30 years,the body size indices of Bamei Pig were significantly enhanced(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain of Landrace×(Yorkshire×Bamei Pig),Yorkshire×(Landrace×Bamei Pig) in finishing period were extremely significantly higher than Bamei Pig(P<0.01) and that of Yorkshire×Bamei Pig and Landrace ×Bamei Pig was significantly higher than Bamei Pig.There were 155 Bamei Pigs in conservation pig farm of Huzhu Bamei Pig.The sexual ratio of the basic group was 1∶10 and the proportion of key group,breeding group,production group was 1∶3∶6.Finally,the binary and ternary crossbreeding systems of Plateau Bamei Pig were established.Conclusion]The research laid the foundation for establishing the reasonable pure breeding and crossbreeding utilization models of Plateau Bamei Pig. |
