| 摘 要： | 选取63名优秀大学生村官的纪实性文献为案例,采用关键事件法对文献进行分析、编码和归类,构建了大学生村官胜任特征模型。数据分析结果表明,大学生村官工作中有较大影响力的关键事件集中表现为4类:主动化解质疑、加强精神文明建设、带领村民创业致富、为村民排忧解难。在这些关键事件中,大学生村官表现出包括工作动机、知识、态度和价值观、技能、个性品质在内的五维度26项胜任特征。并依据分析结果,提出提高大学生村官胜任特征的相关启示。

| Abstract: | The documentary literatures of 63 outstanding university student village officers were analyzed,coded and classified by critical incident technique to construct the competency model.As indicated by the data analysis,the critical incidents reflecting the great influential power of university student village officers were manifested in four aspects of resolving the question,promoting spiritual civilization construction,leading the farmers to get rich and helping the farmers allay their worries and problems.During those critical incidents,the competency of university student village officers was expressed in 26 aspects of five dimensions.Finally,based on the above analytic results,the enlightenments to improving the competency of university student village officers were proposed. |
