番茄灰霉病菌拮抗基因工程菌株Fh-chib培养条件的研究

摘    要:目的]筛选番茄灰霉病菌拮抗基因工程菌株Fh-chib的最佳培养条件。方法]在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计对番茄灰霉病菌拮抗菌株Fh-chib的最佳培养条件(碳源、氮源和无机盐)进行了研究。结果]工程菌株Fh-chib的最佳培养基配方为0.50%葡萄糖、1.00%蔗糖、1.00%酵母膏、1.50%麸皮、1.00%黄豆饼粉、0.03%MgSO4和0.40%CaCl2。各个因素对发酵液抑菌活性影响的主次顺序为:葡萄糖>蔗糖>CaCl2>黄豆饼粉>酵母膏>麸皮>MgSO4。结论]为该菌株的工业化生产奠定了基础。

Studies on Fermentation Conditions of Antagonistic Actinomyle Fh-chib against Botrytis cinerea

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen out the optimal culture conditions of antagonistic actinomyle Fh-chib against Botrytis cinerea.Method] Based on single factor experiment,the optimal culture conditions of antagonistic actinomyle Fh-chib against Botrytis cinerea were studied by using orthogonal experimental design method,mainly including carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salts.Result] The optimum medium for Fh-chib consisted of 0.50% glucose,1.00% sucrose,1.00% yeast extract,1.50% bran,1.00% soybean powder,0.03% MgSO4 and 0.40% CaCl2,and effects of every factors on the antibacterial activity of fermentation broth were in order of glucose > sucrose > CaCl2 >soybean powder > yeast extract > bran > MgSO4.Conclusion] The research lays the foundation for industrial production of Fh-chib.
