摘    要:目的]测定核桃壳多糖的含量。方法]以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法在490 nm测定核桃壳中多糖含量。结果]最佳显色条件为5%苯酚1.0 ml,浓硫酸6.0 ml,反应温度65℃,反应时间为30 min,平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为1.98%,线性范围10~90μg/ml。结论]该方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于核桃壳多糖的含量测定。

Determination of the Content of Polysaccharide in Walnut Shell

Abstract:Objective] To determine the content of polysaccharide in walnut shell.Method] The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method at 490 nm with the glucose as reference substance.Result] The optimal color conditions were 1.0 ml 5% phenol,6.0 ml sulfuric acid,65 ℃ reaction temperature and 30 min reaction time,the average recovery was 101.9%,RSD=1.98% and the liner range was 10-90 μg/ml.Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and has good reproducibility,and it is reliable to determine the total polysaccharide in the walnut shell.
