| Abstract: | From the angle of analytical chemistry,several important amino acid analysis methods were introduced,including the pre-column derivatization and post-column derivatization,the advantages and disadvantages of different derivative reagents were summarized,providing theoretical basis for the application of amino acid analysis method. |
