日本方头甲对松突圆蚧的捕食功能反应研究

摘    要:目的]了解利用日本方头甲(Cybocephalus nipponicus Endrdy Younga)控制松突圆蚧(Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi)的可能性以及日本方头甲对松突圆蚧不同虫态的控制作用和捕食潜能。方法]研究了日本方头甲成虫对不同虫态和不同密度松突圆蚧的捕食功能反应、寻找效应和最佳寻找密度。结果]日本方头甲对松突圆蚧不同虫态的捕食均符合Holling-Ⅱ型模型,对松突圆蚧雌成虫、2龄和1龄若虫的日极限最大捕食量分别为31.15、71.32和185.36头;当松突圆蚧虫口密度低时,日本方头甲对雌成虫的寻找效应高,当松突圆蚧虫口密度高时,日本方头甲对1龄若虫的寻找效应高;日本方头甲对松突圆蚧雌成虫、2龄和1龄若虫的最佳寻找密度分别为5、8和17头。结论]日本方头甲对松突圆蚧不同虫态具有很大的捕食潜力,可作为防治松突圆蚧的天敌加以繁殖利用。

Predatory Functional Response of Cybocephalus nipponicus Endrdy Younga to Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to understand the possibility of controlling Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi by using Cybocephalus nipponicus Endrdy Younga as well as the control effect and predatory potentiality of C.nipponicus to H.pitysophila.Method] The function reaction,searching effect and the best searching density of C.nipponicus to different stages and different densities of H.pitysophila were studied.Result] The predation of C.nipponicus adults to H.pitysophila accorded with Holling-Ⅱmodel,and the maximum daily predation of a C.nipponicus to the female adults,2nd instar nymph and 1st instar nymph of H.pitysophila were 31.15,71.32 and 185.36,respectively.When the population density of H.pitysophila was low,the searching effect of C.nipponicus to the female adults of H.pitysophila was the highest,while the searching effect of C.nipponicus to 1st instar nymph of H.pitysophila was the highest when the population density of H.pitysophila was high.The best daily searching density of a C.nipponicus to the female adults,2nd instar nymph and 1st instar nymph of H.pitysophila were 5,8 and 17,respectively.Conclusion] C.nipponicus has a great predatory potentiality to different stages of H.pitysophila,so it could be reproduced and used as the natural enemy of H.pitysophila.
