摘    要:目的]探究杀虫双、杀虫单有机氮农药对革胡子鲶(Clarias lazera)仔鱼的毒性。方法]采用静水式试验方法,将革胡子鲶仔鱼置于不同浓度的2种杀虫剂溶液中72 h并观察其中毒症状,对革胡子鲶幼鱼的急性致毒效应特征以及革胡子鲶幼鱼对杀虫双和杀虫单的安全浓度进行评价。结果]杀虫双24 h LC50为272.367 mg/L,安全浓度为96.640 mg/L,属于低毒级;杀虫单24 h LC50为59.688mg/L,安全浓度为7.360 mg/L,属于中毒级。结论]为安全合理地进行人工育苗的水质管理提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the acute toxicity of two common organonitrogen pesticides dimehypo and monosultap on Clarias lazera juvenile.Method] The toxic symptoms of C.lazera juvenile were observed when they were set in different concentrations of two pesticides for 72 hours.The acute toxicity effects and the safe concentrations of dimehypo and monosultap on C.lazera juvenile were evaluated.Result] The LC50 of dimehypo at 24 h was 272.367 mg/L,and the safe concentration was 96.640 mg/L,so it belonged to slight toxicity grade.The LC50 of monosultap at 24 h was 59.688 mg/L,and the safe concentration was 7.360 mg/L,so it belonged to moderate toxicity grade.Conclusion] The research provides reference for the safe and reasonable water quality management of artificial breeding.
