草海浮游植物的调查及其富营养化评价

摘    要:于2010年10月调查了草海浮游植物的种类组成、分布、群落结构、数量和生物量及其水平分布。结果显示,共检出浮游植物130种(含变种和变形),分属于5门7纲13目22科44属,主要是绿藻门和硅藻门。浮游植物数量的平均值为0.494×106个/L;生物量为0.448 mg/L;叶绿素a为3.72 mg/m3。认为草海水质处于中度富营养化水平。

The Investigation of Phytoplankton and Eutrophication Level in Caohai Lake

Abstract:The species composition,distribution,community structure,amount and biomass and horizontal distribution of Caohai phytoplankton were investigated in October of 2010.The results showed that there were 130 species and subspecies in the Caohai Lake,and belonged to 5 phyla,7 classes,13 orders,22 families and 44 genera,in which by Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta primarily.The average of phytoplankton quantity was 0.494×106 cell/L,biomass was 0.448 mg/L,and chlorophyll a was 3.72 mg/m3.Therefore,it proved that water quality of Caohai Lake was at moderate eutrophication level.
