水产加工品供应链追溯系统的研究

摘    要:以水产加工品为研究对象,基于HACCP原则分析了水产加工品供应链上各环节的关键危害点及应记录的控制内容,在此基础上初步设计了系统总体方案,建立了由核心企业管理系统、中心数据库、面向消费者的追溯平台组成的追溯体系结构。重点分析了追溯系统涉及的关键技术:信息采集技术、产品编码技术和基于XML Web的节点间数据传递与共享技术。

Study on the Traceability System of Aquatic Processed Products Supply Chain

Abstract:With the aquatic processed products as the research objects,the critical hazard points and control contents of each link on the aquatic processed products supply chain were analyzed based on HACCP principle.On this basis,the general plan of the system was preliminarily designed.The traceability system consisted of management system of core enterprises,center database and the traceability platform for consumers was set up.The involved critical technologies in the traceability system were emphatically analyzed,including information gathering technology,the encoding technology of products,the data transfer and sharing technology based on XML web.
