Abstract:Pathogen(strain YMZD-2),isolated from brown leaf spot of autumn sowing oat in Tibetan Shannan Region,was identificated based on Koch’s rule and morphology and and its Biological Characteristics was tested as well.The results showed that the pathogen(strain YMZD-2) belongs to Bipolaris sorokiniana.And mycelial growing temperature ranged from 5 ℃ to 35 ℃,(optimum 30 ℃).The highest condia yield was at 20 ℃.The morphology of conidia was variable with cultural temperatures,the biggest conidia was at 20 ℃,the most distoseptate numbers were at 15 ℃.Conidia germinated at 5~35 ℃,germination percentage higher than 90% at 15~35 ℃,and 95% at 20~30 ℃which were both under treatments in 5 hours in 5 hours in 10% oat leaf juice.The pathogen showed there were aggressive virulence to oat,corn,sorghum,hulless barley,wheat and pea under artificial inoculation condition.
