| 摘 要： | 社区是社会的细胞,是城市的基本单位,社区和谐是社会和谐的基础.从这个意义上讲,构建社会主义和谐社会,应当把构建和谐社区作为重要切入点.如何构建和谐社区,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题.本文以延边为例探讨社区建设工作中存在的问题及原因,并提出了有建设性的对策和建议.
