中华猕猴桃与美味猕猴桃生物学特性及生产性能比较

摘    要:通过对中华猕猴桃与美味猕猴桃物候期和生长结果习性的观察,发现中华猕猴桃物候期早于美味猕猴桃;短、中、长果枝和徒长结果枝所占的百分比,前者平均分别为50.1%、36.7%、12.7%和0,后者为11.1%、19.1%、47.9%和22.0%.说明中华猕猴桃以短果枝结果为主,美味猕猴桃则以长果枝结果为主.在产量和果实品质上,两者亦有显著差异.中华猕猴桃表现为:结果早、前期产量高、早熟和果实维生素C含量高,果实耐藏力和商品性不及美味猕猴桃.

Abstract:The phenological phase, growth behavior and fruiting habit of A. chinensis and A. deliciosa were investigated. It was found that the growth of A. chinensis begins to occur earlier than that of A. deliciosa. As for the average percentage of the spurs, middle bearing shoots, long bearing shoots and the extra-long bearing shoots, they were 50. 1%, 36. 7%, 12. 7% and 0% for A. chinensis, and 11. 1%, 19. 1%, 47. 9% and 22. 0% for A. deliciosa, respectively. It was indicated that the more fruits were produced on the spurs of A. chinensis, and on the long bearing shoots of A. deliciosa. There were differences between two species in the yield and quality. As compared with A. deliciosa, A. chinensis has the following characters: prolific, precocious , and high in vitamin C content, but the storage quality and commercial properties were lower than that of A. deliciosa.
