| 摘 要： | 城市绿化工程设计存在片面追求图形、色彩等表现形式,忽视植物生物学特性和生态功能特点,导致绿地植物抗逆性差、生长孱弱,达不到应有的生态效果.特别是受到观念扭曲,不计成本地追求政绩、无规可依或有规不依等问题困扰,设计偏离科学合理,节约和实用性原则,使得绿化效果大打折扣.应当还原城市绿化本义,让绿化工程成为民心工程和福祉工程.

| Abstract: | The simple pursuit of the form such as the design or the color, and the deny of the biological feature and ecological function of plants, result to the poor resistance of adverse circumstances and weak growth, which cannot reach the expected ecological effects. Especially when the design heavily impacted by the warped ideas, which is pursuit of political performance ignoring the cost, and the following trouble of law and regulation free, it will break the rational, economical and practical principles, having a heavily negative impact on the greening. Hence, the greening projects should restore the original meaning, and then turn to be the real public and welfare projects. |
