| 摘 要： | 柴达木地区是我国 2 1世纪实现可持续发展重要的战略资源接替重点地区 ,也是西部大开发战略实施的重点建设地区。区域现代交通运输网络已初步形成 ,但远不能满足和保障大开发战略实施和可持续发展的需要 ,需要在未来的发展中继续加强交通运输设施建设 ,并实现适度“超前”发展 ,进一步提高各类运输方式的等级和质量 ,特别是铁路运输、管道运输的建设与发展

| Abstract: | The Qaidam Basin is not only the important substitute region of strategic resources for Chinese sustainable development in the 21st century, but also one of the focal point of constructing region for the Western China developing strategy. Although the modern transport networks have been formed, they can't meet the demands of the developing strategy implement and the sustainable development. Therefore, it's necessary to continually enhance the construction of transport installations of the Qaidam Basin in the future, especially the construction and development of railway, pipelines and improvement of the grades and qualities of all transport patterns. |
