晋麦F_2代籽粒HMW-GS的遗传表现

摘    要:要培育优质高产的小麦品种,为杂种小麦配组选亲提供依据,研究选取中优9507/北京10号,临优145/晋太170进行杂交配组,并采用SDS-PAGE技术对其F2子粒HMW-GS进行了分析,结果表明:〈1〉一个位点不同出现4种带型组合,两个位点不同出现10种带型组合,Glu-A1a与Glu-A1c分离比为1∶1,Glu-B1c与Glu-B1h表型分离比为1∶1;〈2〉Glu-B1c出现不完全表达率为5.54%。要培育优质高产的小麦品种,为杂种小麦配组选亲提供依据,研究选取中优9507/北京10号,临优145/晋太170进行杂交配组,并采用SDS-PAGE技术对其F2子粒HMW-GS进行了分析,结果表明:〈1〉一个位点不同出现4种带型组合,两个位点不同出现10种带型组合,Glu-A1a与Glu-A1c分离比为1∶1,Glu-B1c与Glu-B1h表型分离比为1∶1;〈2〉Glu-B1c出现不完全表达率为5.54%。

Abstract:Wheat gluten protein is the major deposit protein in endosperm and is of great importance to the improvement of bread quality,and especially the composition and content of glutenin subunit of the high-molecular-weight glutenin subunit plays the decisive role to the toasting quality of wheat flour.After purposely choosing Zhongyou9507/Beijing10,Linyou 145/Jntai 170 to group and cross,the F2 seeds were analysed by SDS-PAGE.The results showed that: 〈1〉the different band patterns occurred because of differences between the different sites,and in the F2 seeds,HMW-GS are separated in accordance with certain rules;〈2〉The incomplete expression was obsened in Glu-B1c(5.54%).
