| 摘 要： | 随着社会的进步和发展，高校体育教学将从重视运动技术和增强体质为主的教学模式转向发展性体育教学。发展性体育教学强化学生的主体参与意识、重视差异发展、鼓励合作学习、实施成功教育，注重发展学生的体育能力，将推动高校体育教学改革的发展。
