摘    要:脱落酸(ABA)是普遍存在于高等植物中的内源激素,也是伤害反应信号转导中的重要组分. 2004和2005年在江西对马尾松针叶进行接虫咬食危害处理后,通过GC/MS分析了损伤叶片及其邻枝不同时间序列中脱落酸的含量. 结果表明:马尾松虫害后1 h损伤叶片中ABA含量即升高,分别比对照增加了53.14%和15.85%,72 h后ABA含量升至最高;邻近枝条ABA含量也均高于对照. 证明马尾松受到虫害后,启动了体内的防御系统,并诱导邻枝产生抗性.

Abstract:Abscisic acid(ABA) is an endogenous hormone of higher plants and an important composition of the wounding message. Using GC/MS technique,the ABA content was analyzed in undamaged,insect_damaged and intact leaves of Pinus massoniana in Jiangxi Province at different time in 2004 and 2005.Results showed that,compared with the control,although the content of ABA increased after ID 1 h,its peak was after ID 72 h and the content of ABA increased by 53.14% and 15.85%,respectively.The ABA content of intact leaves was also higher than that of the control.It would be concluded that the defensive system of P.massoniana was started up when it was damaged and also,resistance of the neighboring healthy twigs was induced.
