摘    要:目的]从广西甜茶粗提物脱苦残渣中提取甜茶茶多酚,探索广西甜茶的综合利用前景。方法]经过甜茶茶多酚原液的制备、甜茶茶多酚的提取、测定甜茶茶多酚含量、吸附树脂吸附等程序,最后得到产物,称其可溶性固形物的重量,测定样品的纯度。结果]广西甜茶粗提物脱苦残渣加酸溶解后,通过大孔吸附树脂DM!301吸附的分离,得到纯度为72.12%的甜茶茶多酚。结论]该研究具有很高的开发利用价值,为广西红茶的综合利用提供了有益探索。

Abstract:Objective Sweet tea polyphenol was extracted from crude extracts and debittering residues of Guangxi sweet tea.The comprehensive utilization prospect of Guangxi sweet tea was studied.Method Production was obtained through preparation of sweet tea polyphenol solution,sweet tea polyphenol extraction,detection of polyphenol content and resin absorption.The soluble solids of the production were weighed.Result During the process of debittering and crude extraction,residues with high sweet tea polyphenol content were obtained.After dissolving with acid and absorbing by macroporous resin DM-301,the purity of sweet tea polyphenol could reach 72.12 %.Conclusion This research had high development and utilization value and provided helpful explore for the comprehensive utilization of Guangxi sweet tea.
