狭叶十大功劳化学成分分析

摘    要:用乙酸乙酯对狭叶十大功劳茎叶的乙醇提取物进行萃取,萃取液浓缩后经反复的硅胶柱、凝胶柱层析分离纯化得到5个化合物,并通过理化性质和TLC、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS分析,鉴定化合物结构分别为小檗碱(Ⅰ)、药根碱(Ⅱ)、5’-甲氧基大风子品D(Ⅲ)、木犀草素(Ⅳ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)。其中5’-甲氧基大风子品D(Ⅲ)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Five compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extraction from ethanol extraction of stems and leaves of Mahonia fortunei,and purified by silica-gel and sephadex column chromatography.The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis(TLC,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS).Five compounds were identified as berberine(Ⅰ),jatrorrhizine(Ⅱ),5'-Methoxyhydnocarpin-D(Ⅲ),lutelin(Ⅳ) and β-sitosterol(Ⅴ).5'-Methoxyhydnocarpin-D(Ⅲ) was isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
