摘    要:为筛选出防治茶翅蝽的有效药剂,在室内采用叶管药膜法测定了9种杀虫剂对茶翅蝽2龄若虫的毒力。结果表明:杀虫活性最高的是高效氯氟氰菊酯,其48 h的LC50值为3.16 mg/L;其次为联苯菊酯和噻虫嗪,其LC50值分别为3.98和5.84 mg/L;吡虫啉和乙基多杀菌素对茶翅蝽2龄若虫的毒力水平相当,LC50值分别为8.05和8.80 mg/L。对茶翅蝽毒力最低的是氟吡呋喃酮,LC50值为128.80 mg/L。本研究为科学使用杀虫剂防治茶翅蝽提供重要依据,推荐轮换使用高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和乙基多杀菌素。

Toxicity of nine insecticides to Halyomorpha halys (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae)
Abstract:In order to select effective insecticides to Halyomorpha halys, the toxicity of nine insecticides to H. halys 2nd instar nymphs was measured using a leaf-tube residual bioassay in laboratory. The results showed that lambda-cyhalothrin had the highest toxicity among all the tested insecticides, with a LC50 value of 3.16 mg/L after 48 h. Followed by bifenthrin and thiamethoxam, with the LC50 values of 3.98 and 5.84 mg/L respectively. The toxicity of imidacloprid and spinetoram to H. halys 2nd instar nymphs was similar, with the LC50 values of 8.05 and 8.80 mg/L respectively. Flupyradifurone showed the lowest toxicity, with the LC50 values of 128.80 mg/L after 48 h. This study could provide important references for selecting the pesticides to control H. halys, and the recommended insecticides to rotate arelambda-cyhalothrin, bifenthrin, thiamethoxam, imidacloprid and spinetoram.
