| 摘 要： | 目的]为了检测自制的ND-IB二联灭活疫苗的免疫效力。方法]用自制ND-IB二联苗与相应的NDI、B单苗及不同来源的ND-IB二联苗免疫鸡群,以HI方法检测其抗体。结果]自制ND-IB二联苗与相应的NDI、B单苗的免疫抗体水平相当,且二联苗中的2种成分彼此没有干扰;自制二联疫苗的免疫效果总体要优于进口的新-支二联疫苗;自制二联苗与国产苗的免疫效果相同。结论]该研究为生产一种新型廉价新-支二联疫苗奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of the research was to detect the immune efficacy of the homemade ND-IB combined inactivated vaccine.Method] Chicken flock were inoculated with the homemade ND-IB combined vaccine,the corresponding ND vaccine and IB vaccine and ND-IB combined vaccine from different sources to detect their antibody by HI test.Result] The results indicated that the immune antibody level of the homemade combined vaccine was equivalent to that of the corresponding ND vaccine and IB vaccine and 2 components in the combined vaccine had no interference each other.The immune effect of the homemade combined vaccine was better than that of the imported ND-IB combined vaccine and was the same to that of the domestic vaccine.Conclusion] The research laid foundation for producing a new type of cheap ND-IB combined vaccine. |
