| 摘 要： | 152只日龄、体重相近的健康美系獭兔(公母各半)平均分为4组,每组组间体重无显著差异。在基础日粮中分别添加0(试验1组)、10%(试验2组)、30%(试验3组)、50%(试验4组)的茭白鞘叶粉,试验期为90d。结果表明:茭白鞘叶不能改变獭兔盲肠微生物的聚类性,但改变獭兔性别间的盲肠微生物多样性,母兔的丰富度、香浓维纳指数、均匀度三个多样性指数均高于公兔。

| Abstract: | 152 healthy rex rabbits(male and female half),with similar age and weight,were divided into 4 groups,no significant weight differences between each group.Water bamboo sheath powder was added into based diets,respectively 0(group 1),10%(group 2),30%(group 3),50%(group 4),90days trial period.Results showed that water bamboo sheath could not change the cluster character of cecal microbial,but changed the cecal microbial diversity,the richness,Shannon-Wiener index,uniformity of female rabbit was higher than that of male rabbit. |
