| 摘 要： | 烟草地膜栽培技术的推广应用大幅度提高了烟草产量,但残留在土壤中的地膜对土壤造成了严重的白色污染,烟草地膜回收问题亟待解决。为此,针对残膜白色污染问题,采用农机农艺相结合的方法,研究设计了链条式烟田苗期地膜回收机。详细介绍了收膜机的总体结构及主要工作部件挑膜、起膜、送膜和卸膜的设计原理。试验表明,传动比和挑膜弹齿倾斜角度是影响挑膜、输送卸膜效果的重要因素,为烟田苗期地膜回收机的设计提供了理论基础。
