外源脯氨酸对盐胁迫下水稻分蘖期生长的影响

摘    要:为了探索外源脯氨酸在农业生产上的应用价值,本试验采用盆栽法研究了不同浓度外源脯氨酸(5 mmol/L、15 mmol/L、30 mmol/L、45 mmol/L)对盐胁迫下水稻分蘖期形态指标、生物量、叶绿素含量以及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下水稻形态指标(株高、分蘖、单株绿叶数)、生物量、叶绿素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素)和类胡萝卜素含量显著下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高,但过氧化物酶(POD)活性无显著变化;盐胁迫下喷施不同浓度的脯氨酸对水稻植株形态指标影响不大,但可在短期内增加根鲜重和植株各部位干重,同时叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量以及活性氧清除系统中SOD和POD的活性均有所提高。说明外源脯氨酸在一定程度上缓解了盐胁迫对水稻分蘖期生长的抑制作用,其中以30 mmol/L脯氨酸处理效果最好。

Abstract:To explore the application value of exogenous proline in agricultural production, the effect of exogenous proline at different concentration (5 mmol/L, 15 mmol/L, 30 mmol/L, 45 mmol/L) on the morphological index, biomass, chlorophyll and antioxidant enzymes of salt-stressed rice were investigated by pot test. The result showed that salt stress significantly reduced the morphological index (e.g. plant height, tillers and number of green leaves per plant) biomass, the content of chlorophyll (Chl a, Chl b and total chlorophyll) and carotenoid. Moreover, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) under salt stress was significantly higher than that in control (P<0.05), while the activity of peroxidase (POD) had no significantly change. However, except the little effect on morphological index, exogenous application of proline mitigated the adverse effects by increasing root fresh weight and dry weight of each part of the plant, improving chlorophyll and carotenoid content, and enhancing the activity of SOD and POD. Application of 30 mM proline proved to be more effective in inducing salt stress tolerance as compared to other levels
