摘    要:对体长9·7~12·0cm、平均体重8·3g的泥鳅(Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)在正常摄食和饥饿4~16d状态下的血液指标进行了测定。结果表明:随着饥饿时间的延长,红细胞数量呈下降趋势,在饥饿的第4d、8d、12d和16d,红细胞数量分别是正常摄食时数量的67·5%,63·0%、61·3%和60·5%,差异极显著(P<0·01);红细胞的体积变大,饥饿到第16d时,红细胞的长径和短径分别比正常摄食时增加了2·8%和13·0%;白细胞数量呈上升趋势,在饥饿的第4d、8d、12d和16d,白细胞数量分别是正常摄食时数量的114·3%、121·7%、137·1%和139·4%;白细胞的体积逐渐变小,饥饿到第16d时,其长径和短径分别是正常摄食时的88·2%和89·4%,差异显著(P<0·05);血红蛋白含量在前8d的饥饿中是下降的,之后出现上升;红细胞的脆性在饥饿前期有所下降,后期则维持在一定水平;红细胞的沉降率随着饥饿时间的延长而有所加快,差异不显著。

Abstract:The blood indices of loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)with the body length of 9.7 ~12.0 cm and the average weight of 8.3 g had been determined in the normal feeding and in the condition of 4~16 days’starvation.The results showed :along with the starving time,the number of red blood cells(RBC) decreased.On the 4~ th ,8~ th ,12~ th and 16~ th day after deprivation,the number of RBC were 67.5%,63.0%,61.3% and 60.5% of that in normal feeding respectively.The size of RBC became larger.On the 16~ th day after deprivation,the long diameter and short diameter of RBC increased by 2.8% and 13.0% compared with those in normal feeding.Along with the starving time,the number of white blood cells(WBC)increased.On the 4~ th ,8~ th ,12~ th and 16~ th day after deprivation,the number of WBC were 114.3%,121.7%,137.1% and 139.4% of that in normal feeding respectively.The size of WBC became smaller gradually.On the 16~ th day after deprivation,the long diameter and short diameter were 88.2% and 89.4%of those in normal feeding respectively.The content of hemoglobin decreased during the first 8 days of the starvation,and then increased.The erythrocyte fragility decreased a little in the earlier stage of starvation,and then maintained at a level.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased a little with the prolonging of starvation.
