| 摘 要： | 淮北地区普遍栽培的食用菌主要是平菇和金针菇,由于金针菇生产周期短,其分解纤维素和木质素的能力也比平菇弱,生产结束,其培养基中仍有大量未被利用的有机成分,容易滋生害虫,不便于还田作有机肥,造成金针菇废料堆积闲置。为找出一条合理利用金针菇废料的途径,特设置用金针菇废料栽培平菇的试验。平菇菌丝在金针菇废料含量不同各培养基中都能生长,且平菇菌丝的生长速度、长势与金针菇废料含量呈显著的线性关系,以金针菇废料与棉籽壳的配比为3∶7的培养基中,平菇菌丝的生长速度和长势表现为最好,超过了不含金针菇废料的对照组,所以,含适当比例金针菇废料的培养基可以用来栽培平菇,即降低平菇栽培的成本以产生经济效益,又由于平菇分解培养基比较彻底,废料可直接还田以产生生态效益。
