摘    要:本试验以白灵菇天山2号为材料,研究了不同保鲜处理对白灵菇贮藏效果的影响。结果表明,在冷藏条件下,采用直接装3 cm×4 cm硅窗PE袋和O3处理5 min后装3 cm×4 cm硅窗PE袋保鲜效果较好。

Abstract:Take the Tianshan2 as the material,the effects of some different freshness-keeping of Pleurotus nebrodensis under low temperature were studied.The results showed that the better effect was occurred while the Pleurotus nebrodensis packaged with 3 cm×4 cm silicon gum film window of PE or packaged with 3 cm×4 cm silicon gum film window of PE after treated with O3 for 5 min.
