摘    要:目的]研究T1083替换融合质粒载体pGBKT7-TS转入酵母的自激活实验,探讨其表达产物是否可作为诱饵进行酵母双杂交筛选。方法]将T1083替换突变BD融合质粒载体pGBKT7-TS转入酵母后,进行自激活和蛋白表达毒性检测试验。结果]该片段表达产物无自激活特性且对酵母细胞无毒性,可以作为诱饵进行酵母双杂交筛选。结论]为进一步研究NtKRP尾部T1083替换对NtKRP与靶物质结合的影响奠定了实验基础。
