摘    要:建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定辐花肋柱花中苦龙苷的含量.采用Kromasil-C18(2 50 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)的色谱柱,以甲醇-水(52∶48,体积比)为流动相等度洗脱,流速0 .8 ml/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温30 ℃.结果表明,在试验条件下苦龙苷与其他成分达到基线分离.苦龙苷的线性范围为0.028~0.165 μg(r=0.9995).该方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠.

Abstract:In this article,RP-HPLC was applied to determine the content of amarogerth in Lomatogonium rotatum.The sample were separated on the column of Kromasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) which eluted with methanol and water(0.04% phosphoric acid).The ratio of methanol and water was 52∶48 with detected wavelength at 254 nm,flow rate at 0.8 ml/min,column temperature at 30 ℃.The result showed that the compound was mostly separated.The linear ranges of amarogerth was 0.028~0.165 μg(r=0.999 5).This method was rapid and accurate.
