| 摘 要： | 目前开发商都在开发大型风场,而可直接利用的小型风场,确被人们忽略,使在身边的可利用资源造成浪费。通过大量的监测和实地进行试验,开发出成本几乎为零的风力发电设备,满足了人们的生活需求。因此我们在实地监测试验的活动中总结出了:"巧夺天工、无中生有、借鸡下蛋"的实施方案。

| Abstract: | At present,the developers are in the development of large wind field,and can be directly used to small wind field,it has been overlooked,so that in the side of the available resources wasting.Through a lot of our monitoring and field test,the development of almost zero cost of wind power generation equipment,meet the people's living needs.So we in the field monitoring test activities summarized:"wonderful artical excelling nature,out of thin air,borrow chickens lay eggs" plan. |
