翻车保护结构及其吸能构件设计与性能仿真

摘    要:针对工程车辆在斜坡上的滚翻实况,分别利用有限元非线性分析法和多刚体动力学方法建立了整车有限元模型和多刚体动力学模型,并对其进行动态仿真分析。仿真结果预测了车辆斜坡滚翻时翻车保护结构(ROPS)及其吸能构件的变形和吸能,以及滚翻过程中司机的运动状态和损伤概率。结果表明:采用ROPS及其吸能构件能够阻止整车在较小坡度工况下连续滚翻,减少ROPS的塑性变形量,同时也能削弱碰撞过程中加速度峰值并有效降低司机损伤概率。

Abstract:For a certain engineering vehicle roll in the sloped area,the finite element model and multi-rigid-body model were developed based on the nonlinear finite element method and multi-rigid-body approach,respectively. The dynamic simulations were performed. The deflection and absorbed energy were predicted,the dynamic response and injury risks of the operator during lateral roll were also predicted.
