| 摘 要： | 设计了棉种不脱绒直接进行加工、丸粒化的新工艺,从而实现带绒棉种机械化精量播种。为了实现这一工艺过程,采用介电式种子分选机对带绒棉种进行精选加工,设计成功了滚筒式丸化机进行丸粒化加工。通过丸粒化工艺试验和丸粒化棉种种植试验,证明这一加工工艺可行。为棉花生产过程机械化提供了新的工艺和设备

| Abstract: | The new technology for fluffy cottonseed's processing and pelleting was invented, therefore fluffy cottonseed can be precisely seeded. The dielectric seed separator was used to process fluffy cottonseed. And a cylinder type pelleter was developed to pellet the cottonseeds. Both the experiment of pelleting technology and the seeding test of pelleting cottonseed showed that the technology is feasible. This study provides a new technology and a set of equipment for cotton mechanization production. |
