籼稻粒形及产量性状的加性相关和显性相关分析

摘    要:以8个粗短粒品种和5个细长粒品种进行不完全双列杂交,采用加显遗传模型,对早籼粒形及产量性状进行多种相关分析。结果表明农艺性状间的加性相关比显性相关更为重要,其中粒形性状间的遗传相关是以加性相关为主,仅粒宽与长宽比性状间同时存在着显著的显性相关。有效穗数与着粒密度、每穗粒数、穗重间具有较高的负向加性相关,与粒重则表现出明显的正向显性相关。着粒密度、每穗粒数、结实率、穗重、粒重以及单株产量性状间的相关

Abstract:Correlation analysis of grain shape and yield traits was conducted based on the additive and dominance genetic model for quantitative traits in an incomplete diallel cross from early season of indica rice (Oryza sativa L. ). The results showed that additive correlations were more important than dominance correlations for most agronomic traits studied. Genetic correlations between the grain shape traits were mainly controlled by additive effects. Negative dominance correlation was detected only between grain width (GW) and the ratio of grain length to width ( L/W) . There were more important negative additive correlations among traits for panicles per plant (PP) and density of grains in panicle (DGP) , grains per panicle (GP) and weight of panicle (WP). The relationship between PP and weight of grain (WG) was significantly positive for dominance effects. The correlations among traits of DGP, GP, fertility (F), WP, WG and grain yield of plant (GYP) were mainly controlled by positive additive effects. There were also significantly positive dominance correlations among most of the grain yield traits. The results of genetic correlation analysis indicated that additive correlations between traits of most grain shape traits and GP, F or WG were larger than other grain yield traits. The correlation coefficients showed that dominance correlations were more important between L/W and PP or between grain length (GL) and WG. Indirect selection is applicable for traits with highly additive correlations.
